Hello everyone, I've a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 13ACN5 running Windows 11 Home (x64) Build 26100.4061 (24H2) and since almost 3 years I notice that the screen goes black after being locked for a while sometimes.
The only way out is just manually rebooting it by pressing on the on/off button because all other methods to wake up the laptop (including resetting the graphics card driver) doesn't work.
These are the stuff I've done in order to attempt to solve the issue:
- Tinker around with sleep settings
- Enable wake up permissions for my mouse and keyboard
- Reinstalling all relevant drivers
- Clean installing Windows several times
- Deleting all partitions during the clean install of Windows for several times
- Cleaned the interior of my laptop for several times
- Checked out Event Viewer
But all of these things didn't even contribute to solving the issue and now I'm seriously considering that the issue is a hardware issue so my question is how I can fix this issue for good.
