I own a Laptop with two M.2 slots, I currently have a 1TB that is my boot drive and a 2TB for my secondary, I am planning to move the 2TB in place of my boot drive and then get a 4TB for my new secondary drive, but was wondering if the extra cost for 7,300MB/s was worth it over the 6,000MB/s one. The price difference converted from my currency is: 76 USD, 106 CAD 68 Euro and 119 AUD.

Outside of Gaming I am a video editor so really it comes down to asking if anyone knows if the extra speedbump will be noticeable while editing and such since I know sometimes the numbers advertised can be very misleading. Thank you to anyone who has some input.

If your video files are large the answer I believe is yes, it will be faster. As to if it’s worth it, unsure. Video editing relies on RAM also and on a laptop I can’t see much of a benefit to the speed. The capacity increase, massively yes - worth it.
