I have this weird issue where the audio coming from Chrome or other browsers maxes out at half the volume, pictures below. When I play it from VLC (yes its limited to 100%) it goes all the way up and actually is louder.

I have no extensions that would effect audio in any way, yes I tried it in incognito mode too.
