Is 750w enough?

My new GPU https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-R9070XTGAMING-OC-16GD/sp#sp reccomends a 850w psu but I'm pairing it with a 5800x3d and was hoping to get away with using my current 750w psu. Will this be enough with a lower TDP CPU like my 5800x3d?

It’s like a 302-330ish watt card.No idea on the transients but can’t imagine more than 380w. You should be okay.
