My windows got cooked and TPM 2.0 doesn't show up?

Hi, recently installed a new 5800x3d, and I've been having problems. I was fucking around with bios and accidentally booted it with the ram overclock set a bit high, and it corrupted my windows. Tried all of the ways of fixing it I could find, but the only solution I can think of now is to just reinstall windows (or maybe my ram is bad now? I've been getting a bunch of BSODs). Anyways, I have TPM 2.0 enabled in bios but every time I try reinstalling windows or updating it, it says that "The PC must support TPM 2.0"

prob shouldn't have overclocked my ram, just thought it was fine bc it worked on my old 5600x
