I checked recommended psu wattage on pc part picker, the cards I mentioned might push your psu to the limits especially rx 6700 xt. For now I would go with used rx6600 or used 3050 but I recommend saving for gpu + psu upgrade.

well thanks for ideas. See, i have like $450 and maybe can push close up to 500 so i can buy other things such as i mentioned a ssd,case and of course a psu.
I can get a 1tb ssd or nvme for $50 and a decent or good PSU(since I'm not that really familiar with psu products) and also at least a decent case.
if i can balance this budget to get a really good gpu what would it be?
maybe just get 4060 instead? i know it's bad but it has good power efficiency.
