My pc turns off itself giving kernel power error 41 system has shutdown unexpectedly. It is a rare case and not even while gaming. Never while gaming it happens on the most random occasions example like im browsing or talking in discord. While playing league of legends I noticed monitors keeps turning off every 5-15m for 3 seconds it goes black. Also the same with my peripherals sometime. I can still hear the audio but the peripherals and monitor goes off. Is this a power supply issue?

power supply is cougar xtc 750w
cpu is undervolted but i dont think that causes any issues since the shutdowns only happen while daily using and not heavy load
atm i tried re-seating every cable outside the case and so far while gaming no issues
