#Trustworthy repair place for Steam Deck?

Let me give back story to my situation. My friend purchased a Steam Deck from gamestop. The original one was not working AT ALL for him, so he returned it to get another one. GameStop took multiple months to attempt to send another steam deck, so he got his money back, got a ps5 and went on his way. About 2 months after getting the ps5, he got the steam deck in the mail from gamestop and sold it to me since he has the ps5. This means that the steam deck is considered a "lost in transit" situation.

Now onto my issue. I was playing around with it and really enjoying it when it suddenly stopped charging. I made multiple attempts with multiple chargers to get it to charge and nothing worked. I then put it into battery storage mode, which was a huge mistake. Now it wont charge, and it wont turn on. I tried contacting valve, they said its a gamestop issue. I tried contacting gamestop, and they said without a receipt, and also that the device was considered lost in transit, they would refuse to help me. I now don't have any official "first party" options to repair my steam deck since both parties refused to fix my device even if I offered to pay them to fix it.

Does ANYONE know ANY trustworthy place I could send my steam deck to get it fixed? I'm not too keen on third party options, and since the retailer, AND the designers refuse to fix it even if I pay them, I have essentially a $500 paperweight, and while I have no problems with getting my steam deck repaired, there is no way in hell I am spending another $500 when this one works perfectly fine outside of not charging. Any reputable company, or person, who could help me fix my issue would be appreciated. I wasn't entirely sure where to put this so I put it in the Tech-Support page just in case.
