specs are (was sent off for warranty to see if that fixes it) amd ryzen 5600x 32gb ram 3200mhz the cpu wont run at 3200 so its underclocked at 2666 an rtx 3070 1tb samsung m.2 ssd for system drive and 2tb m.2 for games both are nowhere near full and its only helldivers 2 crashing. it only started freezing after they released the illuminate update, the whole pc becomes unresponsive can still hear sound only the power button works on the exterior of the machine. would love some help, I have tried disabling PSS but that did not even help. and I bought a cooler master hyper spectrum v3 212 cpu cooler and new noctua thermal paste as well with no luck hence the warranty.

its a 1080p msi gaming monitor with gsync at 144hz
and I plug display port from gpu into the monitor
650w psu
and I disabled global illumination for hd2 run it in direct x 11 disabled gsync for it reduced reflections to lowest put everything to medium or low none worked. still 40-50fps the setup runs all other games fine like space marine 2 and even idiana jones and the great circle runs on medium at 90 frames
