Hi I sold someone a 3070 And they’re saying the card is overheating. It keeps over locking to 1920mhz on its on and hitting 85 degrees. Also he has to manually adjust the fans via MSI afterburner. Any idea what’s going on?

#

He also said the fans turn off on its own

Hi I am the buyer.

It seems like my clock speeds shoot up on their own even though I have not touched any settings.

Ive done a frehs install of my drivers multiple times. I did a fresh install of after burner and even uninstalled it but still have my clocks jumping up like crazy
