Hi all! I have recently been having a lot of issues with my pc:( Any help to any of these problems would be greatly appreciated!

My games are using a lot more CPU power than they used to, some hitting %100 when I the menus

I hear a disconnecting and reconnecting sound in my headphones, normally my game will start lagging around this time. I am unsure where I can find what is causing this.

When I’m playing games, I can’t watch videos on my second monitor anymore, which wasn’t a problem before. The video lags like I have terrible connection, but I don’t.
In the video this is just me launching Fortnite, and like I said it will spike and lag consistently throughout despite a good connection. Many times the game will freeze and audio freezes for a few seconds.
