TLDR: restarted pc, mobo got stuck in post boot loop or would show AA on q code screen but have VGA led lit and not post even after fully cutting psu power, draining residual power and plugging back in, reset cmos has fixed it but now windows 11 gives INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE bsod.
On an nvme ssd with UEFI windows 11 install, tried all combos of secure boot on/off nothing will get it to work, bcd repair also hasn't made a difference.
Anyone have any ideas this is driving me nuts as this is my main pc.
As a side note noticed since this my mobo will not let me enable above 4g decoding+resizeable bar anymore without ending up in this post boot loop again forcing me to reset cmos using header
