Dust can be conductive. Clean the SSD connector(s) with isopropyl alcohol and a non conductive brush or a Q tip.

Also I don’t recommend windows 10 because it will be out of support soon

I don’t think it’s over voltage. It wouldn’t be getting all the way to the SSD in that manner
