i am looking to buy a new gaming pc

hi im planning on buying a new gaming pc but i dont know which or what parts should i use...i know something but im kinda lost...now i have a i3 10105 and gt1030 what parts should my next pc have (btw im from small country named czech republic in europe so i cant get all the same parts as in usa) i have a budget around 1100 dollars but i can go a little bit more.. i was thinking about a rx 7800xt and a amd 7 5800x
