I was trying to play Val with some friends and it wouldn't say that I had secure boot so I went into bios followed the tutorial and it wouldn't secure boot so I enable a factory key thing and now it's not giving me a display and my fans keep spinning fast then slow did I brick my mobo? I need help anyone please
I've checked the cords,ram,monitors,everything

that's definitely a motherboard thing, maybe reset the BIOS?

if you remove your CMOS battery and unplug the computer (or: maybe see if there's a "clear CMOS" button on the motherboard somewhere)
