monitor no hdmi signal and more problems

hi so last night i was playing on my pc and it suddenly just turned off with a static noise and i tried using it again after it did that but my monitor kept saying HDMI no signal after trying to play again now that today i reseated my cmos battery my ram rgb wont turn on and my fan cooler rgb too and i still have no signal any help?

my monitor has always done this before i don't know why and i don't recall how i've fixed it

i don't know if i should get a new hdmi cable but im also worried about my rgb for ram and cpu cooler

my cpu cooler is spinning
