#CPU limited to 100W - 13600K

HWInfo is saying my CPU is limited to 100W, haven't changed anything afaik. And I don't have any 3rd party OC softwares.

Motherboard is an MSI PRO b760m-a WIFI

Updated bios but it didn't say update complete or anything, and I rebooted and don't see anything different.
