Here is what I would do

#

Get a monitor arm so you can get more space on your desk by removing the monitor stand, position 1 PC on the desk, try to get some really cheap like drawer unit with similar height to your desk, put the printer on that and the 2nd PC can be turned sideways pushed up against the wall below your desk so you have more room, buy a cable management kit on amazon for like £10-15 and use the underside of your desk and and any little crevices to route and put cables into
