Pc will not display with vga light on

I have reseated ram, reseated the gpu. Cleared cmos via the pins and disconnecting the battery. What’s next?

New build or did it suddenly happen to an existing build?

Happened to an existing build used for 9 months.

You would have to test the GPU in a different PC or a different GPU in that PC.

I’m going to hold the power button for 30 secs then reset remove the battery

I’ve just removed the battery when the computer was unplugged
