I reseated the ram cleared cmos took one stick out and it still didn’t work

It doesn't appear to be a ram issue, you could be taking it that way as the light is next to your ram

If still no post, try any ram you have laying around

If you don't have any extra ram, return the ram you had to where you got it or exchange it
