#Power issues?

recently, about a month ago, I started having this issue where my pc would lose power for an instant but stay on, everything on my screen will freeze and I am forced to restart it at that point to get it working. It usually happens during medium to heavy load. I have a 5800x3d and a 3080 I undervolted my cpu with pbo about 2 years ago with a offset of -30 on all cores which seems to be stable since I was using it with no issues for 2 years.

I checked to see if maybe this was a cooling issue and cpu or gpu were overheating but doesn't seem to be the case. I also dont think its an issue with the wall power since I have other things plugged into the surge protector and they dont seem to lose power. At this point I'm thinking its either the undervolt causing issues all of a sudden or the PSU is starting to fail. The psu is a Corsair RM1000x (2021) 1000w which should be very reliable as far as I know so I'm slightly skeptical about that being the issue but could be.
The only thing I've tried so far is dialing back the undervolt to -25 on all cores but its only been running on that configuration for about a day so its hard to tell if thats causing the issues. Any input here would be appreciated, just trying to figure out what it could be.

You could be having a dying psu or your electricity in your home is causing a brown out. Do you have a way to check if your outlet power is stable?

I checked the outlet with a multimeter and the voltage was consistently around 120v

it could be the psu but you would need a spare to test that

im mostly wondering if the undervolt could be the issue even though its been running just fine for a while
