Old PC died 6m ago, built a new one today with no complications. BIOS checked before and everything working and where it should be. Tried to boot but stuck on getting devices ready
Tried restarting but not helped, been spinning for 4h and no progress.
Build is made up of MSI Pro Z970-A max WI-FI, KC3000 SSD, I7-12700K, windows 10, GTX970, old but working 650 watt Psu. Thanks for any help.

Try pulling the power, wait several seconds, and plug it back in
