Hi everyone!
My brand new OnePlus 13 won't show notifications of most apps unless those apps are opened because after they're opened the notifications are showed. All system apps aren't affected by this issue for the context so it's only the apps I've installed myself.
My phone is running Android 15, ColorOS PJZ110_15.0.0.501(CN01V20P01) and I have tried the following:
- Enable all types of notifications for all apps
- Turn off battery optimization for all apps
- Enable high performance mode
- Update my phone to the latest Android and ColorOS version
- Update all apps to the latest version
- Allow all apps to run in the background
All these steps were partially successful as notifications from Google Play Store and Facebook are displayed but my phone is still not showing notifications from the rest of the apps so my question is finally how I can fix this issue.
