I cannot install this windows update, I've tried these:

but when I run DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RESTOREHEALTH I get this error Error: 0x800f081f The source files could not be found. Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature. For more information on specifying a source location, see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=243077. The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log**
Also trying to fix Windows by using media creation tool gets me a BSOD with netwsys08.sys or something like that as an error. I'm like 99% sure my mobo wifi card is broken which is why its doing that. So what can I do to get the update?
Should I just clean install windows 11 💀
