uneven loom

Problem:
Everytime I turn on the PC = Yellow/Orange light on motherboard, but it will start after like a solid two minutes, but always launches.
Additionally If I leave my computer on overnight and come back, it'll always be in the BIOS screen when I wake up and it won't detect the main SSD which is the 990 PRO Heatsink 4tb, but this is always fixed by simply restarting the computer. Still this has become tedious, and I'm not sure why this is happening.
