so i changed my cpu fan but in my case that requires taking everything out. i also removed the cpu to wipe off old thermal paste. now it won't post after putting everything back...

USB ports don't appear to have power if that helps

so so this could be a bunch of things

remove the cpu fan first

could be a short for all i know

Got it to boot by removing one of the ram sticks. which is weird because i hadn't removed the ram sticks prior to this issue
