What is your exact make and model of GPU? And where are you seeing this "blacklist"? Screenshot it if you can.

Based on a quick Google search, that's not a graphics driver - that's an ASRock driver, likely for your ASRock motherboard or some kind of RGB control software. Certain version of this driver are also a security vulnerability, so I would recommend removing it by uninstalling whatever software uses it.
