I doubt that you will find any freeware that will do a good job of recovering such a data corruption. People earn a lot of money with software that can repair that kind of damage so if you NEED those files you might have to pay up. I cant give you any examples but I hope someone can maybe give you a more satisfying answer.

I have already asked some people I work with none of them had ever heard of a free software that could restore such a video and audio data corruption. Because its difficult the solutions that work are paid.

Thats basically the point anything free you might find will probably be inadequate or just annoying/slow to use.

If you want a challenge AI could probably do it but you would have to train a model.

uhh you have very slim chances of recovering your data especially if it was 15+ years

and there's absolutely no good free recovery software
