So unfortunately the other day a cup of water got spilled into my PC and I didn't know that it happened until it just up and shut off I was on it for a bit and didn't water was in it.. it wont power on no more but if i unplug the cord for the power supply and then plug it back in the leds will flash on then off. Looking for suggestions before I just start buying my components again

you almost definitely shorted something ... dry everything out completely i suggest either out in the sun on a hot day all taken apart.. or with a heat gun from a far distance. then borrow another computer and test ur parts one by one to see what is salvageable
Clean carefully with isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush to displace potential trapped water

The fact that its shorted while you were playing or something and then plugged the cable back in a couple times makes me think you most definitely have to replace a couple things in your pc. I hope you didnt lose important data but then again the ssd could be fine. just let it dry and test them in another pc like the other person said.
