I’ve just built a new system, motherboard is the aorus elite b650e, ryzen 5 7600x and Silicon power 32gb cl30 6000mhz ram, paired with an rtx 3070. I can’t get a single post and I have a dram light on which won’t go away

make sure the cpu is seated correctly, you might just need to give it a jiggle to make sure it sits nicely in the socket. Also try booting with 1 ram stick installed. check the motherboard manual to see which slots it uses for Single / Dual Channel memory.
