So my friend has a 3700x and 2070 super and anytime he streames on discord his gpu usage spikes to 99% on encoding and his gaming starts to be framey. I dont think this is normal but i could be wrong. I have a 2700x and a 1070ti and i only use 20% while streaming. Just some insight would be great
