My new gaming laptop (bought a few weeks ago) displays like it has a low refresh rate like really low. I have it set to 240 in the settings though. While gaming, I get 60fps too, no stuttering.

I even upgraded it to 32gb ram
Seems to only happen when on integrated graphics/Optimus
Is there a way to fix this without changing to discrete
