Hello
Today i reinstalled windows because i could open any apps and also even the task manager so i reinstalled windows 10

So after that everything worked i can open apps but i now now i got a Problem
My PC now only has 60hz and a low Resolution even my Monitor support 144hz and a high resolution

Is there a fix?
