Today was the first time I launched bios on this pc to try and get into safe mode somehow

I did on my old pc but I fixed it by going into safe mode and uninstalling my gpu drivers
And reinstalling
The issue is this time that I can't get into safe mode for some reason

It boots but it just says no signal after I see the manufacturer screen, I've tried the turning it off 3 times to try and get the thing to get into safe mode but nothing happens
