I've been thinking about upgrading the camera I've been using so far for both streaming and (lately more and more frequent) for video calls, mostly because of low light performance. The camera that I'm currently using (Sony HDR-CX405) is rather noisy with artificial lighting (see picture) or even with just having the blinds down, hence why I'm looking for a possible upgrade.
In general an upgrade should at least:
- be capable of at least 1080p50 (because Europe tho 60 wouldn't hurt either) - 4k is optional, but not necessary
- have a way to turn off without unplugging the HDMI and/or power (my current camera requires the HDMI to be unplugged to turn off; hence why I'm listing this one)
- be less then 650€ - the lower the better really...
- available in Germany
Some interesting options I saw are the Sony FDR-AX43A and ZV-1F. I'm leaning towards the latter one because of the price and more accessible power button, but I'm also open for other alternatives ofc ^^
