CPU and DRAM lights are lit up on mobo

I just built my pc and i started the widows installation process and all that but i had something important come up so i turned it off and now i’m trying to finish it but now its not displaying anything and the DRAM light the mobo is on and it turns off and switches to the cpu light on the mobo for a split second and then goes back to the DRAM light any reason why it is doing that? cause I’m stumped since it was fine earlier
