Seems like your VPN has a built in killswitch and more cleaner cached loads. There is quite a lot of things that actually get loaded as you enter a said domain

Sent this to Microsoft:
Multiple websites not working without VPN, like twitch.tv, YouTube.com. Sometimes i can get through, but most times it just keep loading and nothing happens. In the browser i also get some type of error message stating there is something wrong and that i should let the websites owner know about this error? Same thing happens in Edge browser too, first 10 seconds it feels fast and normal, but then suddenly the same problem starts like in my main browser Firefox.
On the contrary, Speedtest shows full transfer speeds, 50 down - 10 up.
Steam is downloading games in full speed.
Discord is streaming video calls in full speed.
Spotify works.
Games work.
I called to ISP and after testing the problem on other devices, we also restarted router, restarted pc. They told there is something wrong with my pc.
All problems disappear when i enable VPN
