#Cloning SSD onto another, Windows stuck before login screen

Hello,

So I have a Crucial MX500 500GB that I cloned onto a Crucial BX500 480GB. It contains a MBR/Legacy Windows installation with 4 partitions (one being logical).
Only the last partition (which isn't Windows's partition) was slightly reduced to fit with the size difference.

I used Macrium Reflect Free 7 and did hundreds of clones with it so far. But now, if I put the BX500 SSD to boot, I get the Windows logo with spinning dots, then the spinning dots alone, then it gets stuck to a black screen. No login screen with Spotlight wallpaper and passcode form. I tried twice, the first clone was live from the machine with the MX500 being internal (SATA) and the BX500 being external (SATA to USB Sabrent adapter). Then I tried a second clone with another PC and the two SSD being connected using SATA to USB adapters. Same issue.

Any idea?

Thanks for your help
