I figure you could use noctua fans
Like, find some old cpu cooler that used all copper heatsink on ebay, replace broken/shit fans with actual decent fans or noctua, just need appropriate mounting bracket for your platform
Same strategy could apply to buying new if anyone makes copper heatsink
