Hello, so I'm using the i9 core ultra 185H cpu on an MSI, which already poses a challenge in itself.
I've tried putting the pl1 and pl2 limits to insanely high amounts
I have also turned off SST
I have also even tried regedit turning off powerthrottlelimiting
Before it was even worse with my computer running at around 400mhz, but now i've gotten it to 2ghz, but that too is sluggish compared to the great performance one can get at over 4ghz.
Also, other relevant specs,
32 GB of DDR4 RAM
RTX 4080 (laptop)
