Yeah, in all honesty your cpu is holding you back at 1080p, you don't need ddr5 or a 5th gen ryzen but you can get a 5700x3d or if you can find it at a reasonable price a 5800x3d and get a pretty significant bump in performance

Yeah just get the 5700x3d, I think you should upgrade to 1440p
