timezone issue

my computer has been off in time 2 hours, i changed the timezone in settings, but apps like discord and fortnite are still 2 hours behind

go to setting and got to time and take a screen schot

Have you tried the good ol restart?

Try setting the timezone to your true timezone and syncing with time server
That should alleviate the issues
