pseudo plover
Hello! I just bought my razer v3 pro mouse. I bought tiger ice skates along with it. I unboxed my new mouse and started setting it up. My previous mouse is a logitech pro superlight and it had the same brand skates and worked perfectly fine with no issue. I noticed when I connected my v3 that it wouldnt move, but it was able to click most times. I tried downloading the synapse software to see if it’d help and to my luck there was no solution. I then noticed that when I used the box instead of the mousepad, it worked just fine! using any other surface as well. I want to use my artisan mousepad with this mouse and i’m puzzled as to why it is not working on it. I made sure the sensor was clean as well many times. I attached images below of all purchases. Could this maybe be an issue due to not uninstalling the logitech software first? please help!
ps. I know this technically isnt a PC issue but I havent been able to find solutions anywhere else. just looking for anything regarding it especially if it could be a software issue.
