Hello, so I've recently bought JBL 770NC headphones for my PC and phone, now when I turn off bluetooth and plug them into my PC to decrease latency, I don't hear right side audio but I hear left side audio in both speakers.
I have checked if the balance is louder or quieter in one speaker, but it is both the same value.
What can I do?
