I've been trying to fix this for hours and nothings worked. I'm currently trying to enter advanced options but I can't.

You can try reinstalling, but chances are it's a hardware issue

Then probably. Likely I said, you can try reinstalling Windows. Or repairing from the install tool. One the "Install Now" screen when booted into the installer, there is a "Repair" option in the bottom left corner.
