case or motherboard?

the front panel needs to be properly connected to the mother board, so make sure all cables from the PC case are properly (according to your motherboards manual) connected

tried that and checked the manual everything seems to be in the right position. Any other ideas? I've tried other headphones as well they all do it and ive tried the headphones on other computers and they work fine
