I'm looking at buying a PCIe USB expansion card since I've maxed the controller on my motherboard a few times recently. I can't seem to find any buyer's advice on reputable brands or things to look out for when purchasing. I have a free Gen 4 slot if that's important. My main use case will be USB-A, but some USB-C ports would be nice too, especially if they have good power delivery. I'll mostly be using this card to connect to various pieces of development hardware for work, so data transfer isn't a massive concern, although good bandwidth would also be nice. There's no real max budget, just nothing gold plated pls ;) Hardware isn't really my area of knowledge so any info is appreciated!
