Yo im trying to get a second opinion on whether or not i should upgrade my pc, i have a ryzen 7 5800x and a 3080, the only reason i was thinking i need to upgrade was because i kept blue screening and it was a hardware issue but i fixed it, it was a cable that was faulty. Now I just have money and nothing to really spend it on so im wondering if i should upgrade and what should i upgrade to and when. I though that i should wait for the 9000 series of amd to drop to get the ryzen 7 7800x3d bundle from micro center at a discount, and maybe if i have enough get a 4080 super to replace my 3080, and thoughts?
I dont NEED an upgrade as my pc works fine as is, but I do want one and I can wait.

why not go for a 7900 XTX which has nicer drivers and a way better app?

because i perfer nvidia and i might wait for 5000 series and get that instead which would beat both the 7900xtx and 4080 super

tbh for now since the 7900 XTX is more powerful then the 4080 super and has 8GB more vram it can only truly be beaten by next gen nvidia gpues

yeah which i am willing to wait for a new 5000 series gpu
