I had many Microsoft accounts over the years and when I sign out of them in Windows 11 it don't work

The signing out part works fine on the Windows 11 Setting > Account > Email but then when I open office or something that uses Microsofts auto sign it its still there and I have like 7 of them and when I go to switch accounts it doesn't save upon next launch

I only have one outlook under email and accounts now but I have like 8 on offices sign in thing its really frustrating
