So I need help wiping my pc somehow someone got into it and can watch anything I do and has stole a lot of very personal info of mine and used it against me currently I have a temp fix so he can’t ruin me anymore than he already has (my storage devices are out of my pc and pc is dced from wifi and after I did that I changed every password) ,however I need to wipe my pc. I can’t wipe it with the windows software as he literally msged me (that won’t work nt on my #) sure enough after that it said “windows encountered a error nothing could be changed” anyways if anyone could help me I’d greatly appreciate it as this is a very scary situation to be in and I just want out.

If you have a different computer, grab a USB flashdrive (8GB+), run the Media Creation tool on the other computer and make a bootable USB drive. Then, boot off of that with the infected PC and go into advanced setup and delete all partitions. Then just reinstall Windows and you're fine again
